What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at Solize USA Corporation?
Support business and product development data management, visualization, and analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and enhance data visualization and analysis tools to meet end user requirements.
- Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Ensure data integrity and governance by creating or maintaining a data library.
- Support transition of Excel-based data and business process to SQL environments
- Provide basic user training and support for dashboards, ex: quick start guides for deployed dashboards.
- Develop prototype applications/processes where there may be ambiguity in requirements or end product needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PowerBI for dashboard creation.
- SQL Query/ETL (intermediate skill is OK, ex: data load, joins, CTE, indexing)
- Experience in general database design, including tables, relationships, structures, and security.
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate with others, and be flexible in approaches.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently and effectively communicate progress to management.
- Ability to create and maintain schedule of own work (project management).
- Ability to make summary PowerPoint presentations explaining deliverable activity and progress.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience managing budget data, including understanding types of expenses, accounts, and regular budget submission process.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel including XLOOKUP/FILTER/LAMBDA.
* Experience with DAX coding
* Teams/SharePoint: Maintaining workspaces, files/folders, permissions.
