- Operate kitchen equipment such as saws, knives, and grinders safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Package meat products for display or sale, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meat for various dishes.

Experience
