SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Performs loading & unloading of trucks.
- Material stocking and replenishment activity
- Order picking, packing, and shipping products within the D365 and UPS/FedEx systems.
- Conduct audits & cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with build-to-order and packaging activities when required.
- Reports problems and makes initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO requirements.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Works well independently and assumes responsibility for own work.
- Ability to be flexible and willing to cross-train and learn all functions within the department.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles used in the transfer of materials between onsite & offsite warehouses.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy with inventory part numbers and quantities
- Ability to utilize computer-based systems for shipping & inventory management transactions
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age, and have a High School diploma or GED.
- At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.
- Prior experience & certification to utilize standup forklift/reach truck is a strong plus
- Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime as required.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to move around the warehouse.
- Must be able to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
Salary : $20 - $22
