SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse.

• Performs loading & unloading of trucks.
• Material stocking and replenishment activity
• Order picking, packing, and shipping products within the D365 and UPS/FedEx systems.
• Conduct audits & cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with build-to-order and packaging activities when required.
• Reports problems and makes initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. 
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO requirements.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Works well independently and assumes responsibility for own work.
• Ability to be flexible and willing to cross-train and learn all functions within the department.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles used in the transfer of materials between onsite & offsite warehouses.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy with inventory part numbers and quantities
• Ability to utilize computer-based systems for shipping & inventory management transactions

• Must be 18 years of age, and have a High School diploma or GED.
• At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.
• Prior experience & certification to utilize standup forklift/reach truck is a strong plus
• Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime as required.
