As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for our customers-answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. You'll collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Shipping / Receiving, and Accounting, to provide seamless support. Your ability to anticipate customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong relationships will be key to your success.

What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders and track deliveries to ensure they meet requirements
- Identify customer needs and provide timely, accurate solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers through open, interactive communication
- Handle complaints with professionalism, offering solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and transactions
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Proactively engage customers to foster long-term partnerships
