Overview
As our Channel Marketing Manager you will be driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth using your deep expertise in Channel Marketing, retailer marketing strategies, and brand management. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that will grow our customer base, enhance our retail partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence across the retail channel.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with the co-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to increase revenue for the retail division and set up and manage the strategy and execution of category marketing campaigns.
- Lead the development of our in store merchandising strategy ranging from customer specific programming to general toolkit development.
- Manage external vendors to prototype and develop new promotional signage and fixturing to call attention to specific products, communicate value, or shape the new shopping experience in an ever-changing world.
- Create and oversee the annual channel marketing plan, including budgets, distribution programs, and new product launches and allocate resources to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the internal cross-functional team and external retailers, collaborating with stakeholders to identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and design programs measured against sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate with retail partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, co-branded campaigns, and retail-specific activations.
- Analyze performance metrics and competitive landscape to continually iterate marketing assets to match up-to-date best practices. Work with cross functional teams to ideate and execute test and learn across channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights and reporting to partners and internal teams. Look for opportunities to test campaign creative, offer and placement, and optimize for performance. Maintain accurate partner records and communication channels.
- Support the retail sales team with customer presentations including category line reviews, joint business planning meetings, and top to top’s.
Education, Experience and Competencies Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in channel marketing, campaign management, or a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Proven history of driving successful and measurable campaigns and programs
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, with a talent for working across teams and with external partners
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and evolving priorities
