- The Program Coordinator identifies current and future customer requirements relating to planning, production, and program launch by establishing and maintaining highly organized records and personal rapport with actual customers and suppliers.
- Provides product, service, or material planning, and performance information by answering questions and requests internally and externally.
- Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; Comfortable with data entry Assist in shipping and receiving department Consistently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer The work is completed in an office environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Minimum of 3 years' experience with inventory management in the supply chain or distribution environment Knowledge of project management and experience improving and documenting processes Deep understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including charts, pivot tables, equations, etc Experience with inventory management systems Able to work within a team environment not only within the organization unit, but also across departments and functional areas Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
