Position : LPN
Location : Brooklyn, NY (Downtown Brooklyn)
Schedule : Monday - Friday,9am - 5pm (occasional Saturdays 10am - 4pm)
Hourly Pay Rate : $34
Overview : .The LPN will provide coverage for 3 clinics within walking distance. Site assignments and schedules will be determined weekly. You will not be required to travel to multiple sites in a single day.
Responsibilities :
- Administer prescribed / specific orders such as Immunizations, PPD
- Record medical information within the patients' electronic medical record as instructed by the physician and nurse
- Obtain vital signs, venipuncture, allergies, specimen collection, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration as needed
