Program Director

Overview of the Position:

• Job Title: Program Director
• Hourly Rate: $43
• Schedules Available:
• Full Time: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, On Call 24/7
• Location: Bronx, New York 10460

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze financial information for multiple programs, ensuring operations stay within budget.
• Communicate financial and policy program details to staff and stakeholders (both verbally and in writing).
• Provide culturally competent support to staff and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze program data; prepare and deliver reports.
• Oversee program budgets, review expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Excel, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Skype).
• Familiarity with HMIS, AWARDS, or similar software is a plus.

Requirements:

• Licensed clinical degree (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
• 3 years of clinical experience working with the target population.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of homelessness, HIV/AIDS, Substance Use Disorder, and Mental Health issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience with Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing.
