Orthopedic Travel Nurse
The Orthopedic Travel Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in an orthopedic setting. This role requires a skilled nurse with experience in post-operative spine surgery or hip/knee replacement surgery.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries
• Assess and document patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient interactions
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• BSN preferred
• Valid New Jersey nursing license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 1-2 years acute care experience strongly preferred
• Post-operative spine surgery or post-operative hip/knee replacement surgery experience
• Ortho/Spine experience required
