Unit : Post operative spine surgery
Location : Morristown, NJ
Schedule : 3x12, Nights 7pm - 7am
Hourly Pay : $65 (Travel Package Offered)
Overview : Orthopedic RN to provide exceptional patient care, focusing on pre- and post-operative support, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver nursing care for orthopedic patients, including pre / post-operative care.
- Administer medications and manage orthopedic equipment.
- Educate patients on recovery, rehabilitation, and pain management.
- Document care and collaborate on treatment plans.
- Promote safety, infection prevention, and emotional support.
