About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CT technologist to join our team on a 12-week travel contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and build your professional network while working with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain necessary medical supplies according to established protocols
- Maintain sterility of field and instruments
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Prepare requisitions correctly
The CT technologist will also be expected to adhere to HIPAA regulations, respect patient privacy, and verify patient identification according to AHS policy.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid ARRT RT (R) certification
- An ARRT RT (CT) certification
- A New Jersey State X-Ray License
- BLS Certification
In addition, a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of a Radiographer Technical training program from a School of Radiography or College-based Radiography program are required.
