Position : Rehab Nurse

Location : New York, NY (Midtown)

Avg Unit Census : 21 - 25 Beds per Unit

Schedule : 7AM-7 : 30PM EOW

Hourly Pay Rate : $54 - $56

Overview : Registered nurse will be responsible for Rehabilitation Medicine Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing of adult patients.

Requirements :

  • Associated degree in nursing
  • NYS Registered Nurse
  • AHA BLS
  • 2 years of Rehabilitation Medicine Wound Ostomy
  • Proof of Full Covid-9 Vaccination

Responsibilities :

  • Performing daily care tasks like monitoring vital signs, administering medicine or performing treatments
  • Recording patient updates and condition
  • Creating patient care plans
  • Coordinating with other healthcare providers
  • Counseling patients and families
  • Managing individual patient cases
