Position : Registered Nurse (RN)

Department : Mental Health

Location(s) : Brooklyn, Manhattan & Bronx

Schedules : 5x8 or 3x12 Day Shifts (workdays are flexible)

Pay Rate : $43

Overview : The Registered Nurse will provide healthcare services to developmentally disabled individuals of diverse ethnicities, and backgrounds residing in permanent supportive housing residence.

Requirements :

  • NYS Registered Nurse
  • Associate degree in Nursing
  • Active CPR / BLS Certification
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Experience in community health care services, preferably in Intellectual Disability / Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in pre-admission screening and development of discharge plans
  • Provide medication management to individuals
  • Conduct health assessment and counseling to promote recovery, wellness, and optimal health.
  • Update medical diagnosis and changes in the plan of care into the electronic health record
