Our client is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Manager who will understand, develop and manage all facets of contract formation, negotiation, and management and provide guidance and oversight of the procurement function to all levels of staff on a global level. As a subject matter expert, the role will lead and collaborate with business units in establishing quality improvements, process efficiencies, managing risks, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders across global operations.

This role is based in LA and is an in-office 5-day work environment. The salary range is $100-110,000 plus bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day contract administration support and manage and administer the full lifecycle of the procurement and contracts processes.
- Draft and manage legally binding contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers and service providers including marketing entities such as social media influencers, production agencies, digital agencies and so on.
- Assist staff in negotiating contract terms and conditions ensuring they reflect favorable terms and business interest, mitigate risk and comply with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in developing and refining contract templates, tools, and systems to ensure efficient processes and compliance.
- Provide guidance to staff on contract-related matters, ensuring all teams are equipped with best practices.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to monitor global regulatory changes and adjust contract strategies accordingly.
- Perform periodic reporting to the director of administration and sourcing about sourcing progress, cost saving achieved, major procurement activities, risks and mitigation plans.
- Own the procurement process, including strategic sourcing and vendor management, ensuring alignment with the company’s global goals.
- Support departments in drafting request for proposals (RFPs), terms of reference, evaluation criteria and sole-source justifications.
- Evaluate supplier performance, addressing non-compliance and identifying opportunities for cost savings and service improvements.
- In coordination with the director of administration and sourcing, lead commercial negotiations with shortlisted bidders and ensure adherence to highest standards of integrity and business ethics.
- Evaluate current contract and procurement processes, identifying gaps and implementing improvements to increase operational effectiveness and standardization.
- Ensure the timely execution of contracts and that all procurement documentation is properly stored, tracked and maintained for future reference.
