Description:
We are seeking a Group Account Director with expertise in digital marketing to lead strategic campaigns across various digital media channels for a large healthcare client.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable digital strategies.
- Lead and mentor small teams, providing guidance on campaign development, execution, and optimization.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans that incorporate programmatic, SEM, social media, and other relevant channels to drive client success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, media buying, and analytics to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Ensure all creative and media work aligns with the client's brand and overall marketing strategy.
- Prepare and present strategies, media plans, and creative concepts at client meetings.
- Lead weekly client-facing status meetings
- Create case studies for past campaigns
- Responsible for final out-the-door billing.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in digital marketing to continually innovate and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 10 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on programmatic advertising, SEM, and social media.
- Previous experience working in marketing and advertising agencies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring small teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable in both strategic and executional roles, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Healthcare or hospital system experience would be highly advantageous.
