- Review and prioritize tickets submitted to HR through ServiceNow
- Triage and assign cases to the appropriate HR contact
- Provide guidance on process improvement and organization of the HR Service Catalog in ServiceNow
- Assist with research and tracking of case issues and metrics
- Provide ongoing support on standardizing self-service support and decreasing triaging traffic
- Provide Tier 1 inbound phone support for HR Shared Services
