- Ensure all products are accounted for and properly stored during product movement.
- Help prepare and organize event-related materials, ensuring timely execution of events.
- Track event-related marketing materials and coordinate returns with the events manager.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock statuses to ensure sufficient supplies.
- Provide scheduling reminders and sample status updates to support the marketing team.
- Process customer overage, shortage, and damage claims.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
