Our client, a well-established company in Princeton, NJ is looking for a Financial Analyst to start right away!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large sets of business and financial data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Simulate financial scenarios to forecast outcomes and assess business opportunities.
- Grow financial performance by analyzing current practices and recommending strategies for optimization.
- Create comprehensive financial plans and budgets aligned with company goals.
- Identify and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
- Familiarity with financial modeling tools and software.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
