About the Role:
As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and refining digital experiences, working alongside a team of UX designers, researchers, and product managers. Reporting to the AVP of Product Design and Innovation for Business Products, you'll lead design initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring products are both visually compelling and functionally seamless.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX and product design efforts, transforming complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly experiences.
- Serve as the primary design lead on key projects, driving creative vision and execution.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Partner closely with UX researchers, developers, and product managers to ensure design decisions align with user needs and business objectives.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles through storytelling, design thinking workshops, and iterative testing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- 7 years in UX/UI design, interaction design, or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle, Framer, or similar tools.
- Design Expertise: A deep understanding of user-centered design, design systems, prototyping, and digital product development.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate complex problems, think holistically, and create intuitive, scalable solutions.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading design projects, mentoring designers, and working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with mobile applications, machine learning, messaging interfaces, or motion design.
