We are seeking a skilled Senior Benefits professional with at least 3 years’ Benefits experience, for a hybrid contract assignment on Long Island. This role is integral to the administration of the organization’s benefits programs across all locations, providing real-time advice and problem-solving support.
Responsibilities:
- Administering health, welfare, 401K, wellness programs
- Serving as the point of contact for employees, vendors, and insurance carriers on benefit-related matters
- Responding to benefits inquiries, assisting in annual enrollment, and ensuring compliance
- Managing employee changes in Workday and collaborating on system improvements
- Contributing to ongoing HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in benefits administration within mid to large-sized organizations
- Experience with Workday
- Ability to work onsite on Long Island 2 days/week
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
