Our Hospitality Client has an immediate need for a Social Media Influencer (Content Creator) Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management skills and knows how to source, manage, and coordinate influencers and content creators for high-impact paid social campaigns. As the Social Media Influencer Manager, you’ll handle end-to-end influencer and content coordination—from identifying and securing top-tier social media influencers to ensuring their travel, filming, and content production runs seamlessly. You’ll work closely with the social media team, influencers, content creators, and paid media team to develop engaging, on-brand content that resonates with audiences on TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Coordination & Content Creator Management
- Manage the influencer journey from initial outreach to content delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Develop and distribute content briefs to guide creators in producing compelling, on-brand content.
- Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements and travel experiences, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing guidance on best practices, brand guidelines, and content expectations.
Project & Process Management
- Oversee the collection, organization, and handoff of influencer-generated content to the paid social team for distribution.
- Maintain a structured tracking system to monitor influencer projects, creative assets, and campaign performance.
- Ensure timely execution and quality control of all influencer content.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Experience in Influencer and/or Content Creator Management: Proven ability to source, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple influencer collaborations simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Experience booking travel accommodations and coordinating logistics with travel departments.
- Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta, with experience leveraging influencer content for paid campaigns.
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Abilities: Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including influencers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accuracy, manage deadlines, and oversee creative assets effectively.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate evolving priorities and deadlines.
- Must be local to South Florida and can work a hybrid schedule in Fort Lauderdale area.
