Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care and support.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, school counselors, and/or probation officers to understand patient needs and progress.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address patient goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Certification from an accredited program.
