Our client, an asset management firm located in NYC is seeking to add a VP of IT Support & Service Management to their team. This is an onsite position 5 days per week (4 days from Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Our client is seeking a HANDS-ON leader to lead and optimize technology support services across the organization. In this role you will manage complex third-party system integrations supporting a high-profile user base, and provide essential IT services to a small, but agile team. In this role the incumbent will ensure that all IT support align with business goals, meet compliance standards, and deliver exceptional service to high-demand users in a fast-paced environment.
- $170-$220k
Responsibilities:
- Management of one FTE
- Third-Party System Integration - leading IT support operation for systems heavily reliant on third-party applications (i.e. Bloomberg, market data feeds, trading platforms, etc).
- User-Centric IT Support
- Service Management
- Vendor and Third Party Relationship Management
- Strategic IT Leadership
- Cloud, Infrastructure, MDM and Conference Room System Management/Support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 10 years of experience in IT support and service management specifically within the financials industry; with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in managing complex third-party system integrations and working with/managing external vendors and financial technology platforms (Bloomberg)
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and experience implementing best practices
- Extensive experience providing support to high-profile users
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure (Azure), mobile devices, secure communication platforms and ensuring data security.
