The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in litigation and a strong understanding of securities and/or SEC regulations. A bar license in FL, NY, or CA is required. The firm offers a low-volume, high-quality case load in Federal Court, with no billable requirement.
Key responsibilities include handling complex securities litigation, conducting research, and analyzing data to inform legal strategies. You will also be responsible for drafting court documents, attending hearings, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes.
