Customer Service Representative
Our global financial services client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Wayne, PA team on a contact basis. Hybrid work environment; local candidates only.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Contacting customers via email and phone
- Cultivating and maintaining vendor and lessee relationships
- Performing ACH account maintenance
- Processing fee waiver requests and least documentation
- Completing account reconciliation and audits
- Processing insurance cancellation payments and requests
- Adjusting grace periods, PO numbers, and due dates
- Performing credit reference requests
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Financial services experience highly preferred
- 0-2 years customer service and call center experience
- Financial services industry experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Additional Details:
Compensation: $24.00-25.00 / hr
Employment type: contract
