Treasury Analyst (Hybrid)
A financial services company located in the Exton, PA region is seeking a Treasury Analyst on a temporary/contract basis.
Responsibilities of the Treasury Analyst
- Active monitoring of the Investment portfolio
- Help the Treasurer on a need basis with investment recommendations which include researching new bond purchases utilizing broker material and Bloomberg analysis
- Liaison with brokers to research and execute bond purchases and sales
- Provide portfolio analysis as needed
- Maintain records on bonds held to comply with internal policy and regulatory requirements
- Conduct ongoing cash flow analysis to determine expected cash position
- Provide recommendations to management on most efficient usage of available cash
- Provide updated forecasts to FP&A on monthly basis
- Produce Peer Report for Sr. Management on a quarterly basis
- Reporting of RBC (risk based capital) reporting on a quarterly basis
- Understanding of ALM concepts and the impact of investments to the overall balance sheet
- Understanding of FTP concepts and the impact on investments
- Ability to work independently required
- Overall understanding of the entire organization a must
Requirements of the Treasury Analyst
- 2-3 plus years experience in Treasury, Finance or Banking
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related Business Field
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
Pay Range: $25hr to $30hr
Assignment: Temp/Contract (around 2 months)
Location: Exton, PA 19341 (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm)
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
