The ideal candidate must pay attention to detail, be flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects per office/ client request. The cleaning tech is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing building meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchens, dining and public areas.
General responsibilities include: Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, restocking needed supplies and fulfill obligations based on client needs. As well as fulfilling client food service and clean up needs as scheduled throughout the year.
Daily duties will be constant and any additional duties will be added accordingly.

- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation is required
- Janitorial type experience preferred
- General knowledge of best cleaning practices, training will be provided
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to work shifts as assigned * Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Capacity to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds as necessary
