Solon Pointe at Emerald Ridge is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our Assisted Living Director Solon Pointe located in Solon, OH. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to those we are privileged to serve.
As Assisted Living Director you’ll be responsible for: (Included but not limited to)
Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the Assisted Living Unit to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met
Provide training and supervision to staff in the administration of direct care within the community; provide hands-on resident care as needed or warranted
Perform ongoing assessments/observations of residents' physical and psycho-social needs, and coordinate with other departments to assure quality care
Provide continuity of care for those residents receiving home health care, hospice services, and other third-party healthcare-related services
Serve as a point of contact for the resident's family members, vendors and professional contacts in the community, dealing with issues such as scheduling, resident care, service plans, assessments and marketing
Required qualifications for Assisted Living Director:
RN or LPN license in good standing with the state of Ohio
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
At least 3 years of experience as Assisted Living Director
Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to implement programs, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care
Experience with Point Click Care a plus
