ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist with general repairs and upkeep around the building
Paint, assemble furniture, and move items as needed
Help keep our nursing home safe and well-maintained for residents and staff
QUALIFICATIONS OF MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT:
Some experience with basic maintenance work (painting, repairs, handyman tasks)
Ability to lift and move furniture when needed
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
