QUALIFICATIONS :
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering , 10 years experience in analog and digital circuit design
- Strong background in plasma technology and high voltage devices
- Experience with automated metrology, inspection, or diagnostic systems used in thin-film deposition for semiconductor, photovoltaic, disk drives, optical coating, display industries – specifically in the development of sensors for metrology
- Proficiency in Python, C, MATLAB for system modeling
- Expertise in high-voltage systems design and safety protocols
- Strong background in precision measurement and instrumentation
- Proficiency in PCB design and layout tools
- Experience with embedded systems and firmware development
- Knowledge of EMC / EMI mitigation techniques
- Understanding of plasma physics principles (preferred)
- Experience with thermal measurement systems
- Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems
- Knowledge of safety standards (UL, CE, FCC)
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
