Manufacturing Electrical Supervisor

Qualifications :

  • 5 years in a manufacturing operation on the factory floor.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience with 480AC, 700DC, and 5V DC mill amps (high voltage).
  • Skilled in conduit layout and installation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and electrical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially related to crane production.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead team members and subcontractors in equipment assembly.
  • Perform layout, alignment, fit-up, conduit installation, and wiring.
  • Assemble electrical components and review assembly prints for improvements.
  • Monitor and approve subcontractor and trade group hours to control costs.
  • Assist in creating manufacturing timelines and activity lists.
  • Complete quality documentation and submit for QA approval.
  • Coordinate resources with subcontractors, technicians, and engineering.
  • Schedule equipment deliveries and receive shipments.
  • Ensure subcontractor work aligns with contracts and safety standards.
  • Support setup, startup, and Factory Acceptance Testing.
  • Assist in product breakdown and shipping.
