What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Engineer - EE Integration Test position at SoloPoint Solutions?
Qualifications :
- BSEE, 3 years of experience R&D or Manufacturing (start-ups preferred)
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems (for EV’s, Solar, Inverters, battery, Level 3 EVSE charging)
- Experience using Python, CLI tools, Linux, C
- Experience developing test plans from specifications and requirements
- Experience in designing and building electrical test setup, mechanical test fixtures
- Experience running and documenting tests results for hardware tests (thermal, reliability…etc.)
- Familiarity with low / high voltage / high power systems (240AC, 400-600DC)
- Familiarity with electrical codes (NEC, UL 508, UL 67, UL 489)
- Experience soldering, wiring, electrical rework (PCB)
- Ability to read and build from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, cable / harness diagrams
- Ability to us hand tools, power tools, lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Logic Analyzer)
