Qualifications : BSEE, 10 year’s experience in Hardware EngineeringExperience in design of Circuit Card Assemblies, Printed Circuit Boards, Printed Circuit Assemblies for Aviation, Defense, Medical, and Industrial applicationsExperience with Military / DOD design process a plusExperience with ECAD such as Altium, Allegro, PADS, PLM systemsStrong familiarity with component engineering, sourcing and supply chain of electronics components, RoHSFamiliarity in working with Contract Manufacturing partnersExtensive experience with JTAG test development, test fixture design and debugging, Test, Debugging, Test data collectionOn-site work schedule with hybrid flexibilityResponsibilities : Familiar with Military Projects knowledge of DoD military process is for design. Identify the steps to comply with the design process.Re-Design identify a general redesign or technology refresh whenever we have to change a PWB or change a BOM to add an interposer.Test adapters Design Identify requirements, design and layout.jTag Test development Identify requirements & write jTag test programs.Test fixture design / debug Defining requirements for test & deep dive into documentation.Engineering Solutions Identifying Engineering Solutions for new test fixtures, design, non-FFF crosses.Interface with Vendors Technical discussions with vendors to resolve issues or have detailed technical questions.Design authority. Approval of design work.
