Summary
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be pivotal in fostering strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication. Your premium skills in project and account management, along with proficiency in Asana, will enhance collaboration with sales teams. Additionally, your relevant skills in communication and financial services will support our mission to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly both over the phone and in person.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client management and project coordination.
- Utilize Asana and other tools to track customer interactions and project progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Call utility companies, financial institutions, and other companies to get legal paperwork on file and/or open/close accounts.
- Arrange real property repairs; drive to real property to provide vendors access or acquire and transport tangible personal property.
- Fill out forms and prepare for Fiduciary to sign.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience in project and account management
- Proficiency in Salesforce and SaaS solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
- Knowledge of marketing and analysis skills
- Background in financial services is a plus

Pay: $23.11 - $24.16 per hour
