Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborative development and implementation of administrative systems
- Maintain daily work schedule, prepare project estimates and final customer invoicing
- Responsible for detailed energy reporting to Efficiency Vermont
Skills
- Superior organization skills
- Must be comfortable navigating software systems and be proficient in MS Office. QuickBooks fluency helpful but not required.
- A team player for a growing company.
