Job Title: Junior Project Developer – Solar & Storage

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting site prospecting using GIS and municipal zoning research.
• Leading outreach campaigns to landowners and securing initial agreements.
• Supporting early-stage project development, including interconnection submissions and site diligence.

In order to be considered for this role you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, environmental studies, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, comfortable with direct outreach.
• Proficiency with Excel, GIS tools, and CRM/database management.

If you are successful, you will receive:

• Salary: $65,000–$75,000
• Bonus: Competitive bonus plan
