Entry Level Outreach Associate Responsibilities :
Interact with customers, through outreach campaigns, providing information in response to inquiries about products or services.
Act as a key player in the communication and completion of the order process across departments; serve as a liaison between Sales, Entry Level Outreach Associates, Customer Service, Public Relations, and Advertising.
Support all aspects of product knowledge.
Ensure the accuracy of all data.
Manage projects, including the coordination of resources.
