Our Entry Level Managers serves as the primary liaison between our company, customers and clients, focusing on both sales and account enrollment. It requires a strategic mindset, strong communication, and impeccable organizational skills to represent our unwavering clients with professionalism and integrity. In addition to mastering sales strategies, this role is designed to develop leadership capabilities empowering you to motivate and mentor others, drive performance, and help shape the direction of our campaigns. The Entry Level Management key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting products or services that align with those needs.
Entry Level Management Duties:
- Initiating contact with prospects to understand their requirements and demonstrate how the products or services can meet those needs
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and encourage repeated sales to manage accounts and enrollment services
- Identifying new customers through outreach, customer engagement and the enrollment process of who could benefit from Verizon’s offerings
- Discussing terms, enrollment guidelines, and pricing with customers so that they have a full in depth understanding
- Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Process a customer's full enrollment in services having empathy and understanding of their current service and situation
Entry Level Management Qualifications and Skills:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a related industry
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams
