Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and manage guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill residents requests efficiently.
- Stay informed about local happenings, restaurants, and services to provide accurate recommendations.
- Uphold the highest standards of resident relations and hospitality.
Experience
- Previous experience in resident services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices is beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous.
