About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wait Staff / Dishwasher to join our team at Solstice Senior Living at Santa Rosa, CA07. As a Wait Staff / Dishwasher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our residents. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while ensuring that all meals are served in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will be crucial in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents. Helping with dishes / To-Go order when needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Finally, your flexibility to work weekends and holidays will be essential in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible dining experiences.
