Solstice Senior Living is looking for Servers that will be the face of our community's restaurant and responsible for our residents’ dining experiences. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service so that our residents have a great culinary experience.
There are multiple positions available for the following shifts:
Wednesday: Breakfast 7 am to 10:30 am; Lunch 12:15 pm to 3:15 pm
Saturday & Sunday: Breakfast 7 am to 10:30 am; Lunch 12:15 pm to 3:15 pm
Job Duties
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Present Dining Room menus and help residents select food and beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations
- Collaborate with other Dining Room and Kitchen staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Clean and reset Dining Room after meals
