DescriptionAt Solterra, you will have the rare opportunity to join a large clinical team made up of Clinical Psychologists and social workers. Our multidisciplinary approach means you will work closely with occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, our BCBA, and psychiatrist, as well as teachers, classroom support staff, nurses, and others.At Solterra, students receive an array of clinical supports including individual and group therapy as well as family counseling, parent education and support, and crisis intervention. Our clinical team has the unique experience of having access to students throughout the day within the milieu setting allowing clinicians to observe and assess behaviors in real time. In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to support students as they progress through treatment without the time constraints typical of other outpatient settings. We believe in fostering an environment that is supportive, developmentally appropriate, and tailored to specific individual needs.
