As the Practice Leader, you will be entrusted with full responsibility for business development, client relations, and delivering high-quality consulting services. This key leadership position aims to foster growth and attain a dominant position in the niche areas of the site civil/land development market. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to set up a new office, manage daily operations, supervise and nurture a dedicated team, present their vision, and execute growth strategies with the support of a large engineering firm. This collaborative partnership will facilitate staffing, financial expansion, and the establishment of a strong presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development efforts by pursuing opportunities in the market area.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
- Lead the establishment of a new office, overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise and foster the growth of staff, presenting a clear vision for the team.
- Execute growth strategies with the support of the larger engineering firm.
