Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Title Examiner. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Columbus, OH (Remote).

Required Skills:

Documentation, Problem-Solving, Acrobat.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of Ohio Commercial Title Examiner experience (this is crucial!).
• A superhuman ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• An eagle eye for detail and a passion for quality.
• Sherlock Holmes-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Top-notch communication skills – you'll be collaborating with a global team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software (Adobe Acrobat, Data Tree & Trace, etc.)
• A dedicated home office space with high-speed internet for our secure VPN.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed (it's rare, but it happens!)

Responsibilities:

• Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties.
• Analyze various records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more.
• Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation.
• Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny.
• Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations.
• Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $30/hour to $30/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
