RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for preparing and sending template-style communications to patients, sales reps healthcare providers (HCPs), etc.
- Initiate complaint files within 24-48 hours of awareness
- Ability to actively listen and accurately capture information in the complaints database without error
- Phone / call center experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology - plus
- Understanding current warranty policies and procedures for company
- Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with coordinators on the team
- Other duties and projects as requested
- Highly organized & Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- De-escalation skills is a MUST
- Time management
QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC : $17 / hour to $22 / hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and / or experience.
