Solugenix is looking for sharp IT Connectivity Technicians for one of our clients in Manhattan, NY. This role will be focused on troubleshooting connectivity issues for end-users while providing white glove treatment at their deskside.
Qualifications:
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems through command prompts is vital for this role.
- 3 years of IT support to end users in a corporate/business environment is required.
- Strong communication skills as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service is needed.
- Ability to resolve incidents and problems associated with end-use computing and IT infrastructure.
- Provide remote support to end-users working from home.
- Support operating system, driver updates, as well as SW/HW.
- Experience working with and documenting using a ticket system.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $20/hour to $22/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
