Solugenix is assisting a client, a financial services company, in their search for a UX Researcher. This is a 11-month contract opportunity based out of Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid).
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in UX research or a related field.
- Strong expertise in user testing methodologies, survey design, and qualitative/quantitative research techniques.
- Proficiency in UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Lookback, Qualtrics, etc.).
- Experience in synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives and presentations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering research insights to cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or other design collaboration tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a UX research strategy aligned with business needs.
- Conduct user research via testing, focus groups, surveys, and interviews.
- Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Create formal reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure research drives product decisions.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $55/hour to $65/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance.
