What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Therapist position at Solution Based Therapeutics?
We are seeking an independently Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our client's team at their Mental Health primary treatment center! We are seeking someone with the ability to work full time Monday- Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy and crisis intervention to SMI clients
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Recent experience in a mental health primary setting
- An unrestricted license, registered with the AZBBHE
- The ideal candidate would be EMDR trained
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
