Pay Range:$60-$70 p/h
Employment Type: Per-Diem
Schedule: Varies Weekly, Facility schedules can run Monday-Friday within the hours of 9am-6pm.
Starting Window: Monday 3/3/25

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced facilitator to join our team.

Job Description: As a Substance Use Disorder/Mental Health Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our clients at various behavioral health facilites. Responsibilities include conducting group counseling sessions, providing experiential based groups including yoga, sound bath, breathworks, or art groups, and ensuring the well-being and progress of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group counseling sessions for individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) challenges.
• Document servcies in EMR within a timely manner
• Collaborate with the treatment team for coordinated care.
• Monitor clients' progress and report concerns to the clinical supervisor.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Requirements:

• At Minimum, candidate must be registered with CCAPP or other accrediting agencies as RadT or equivelant.
• Have experience facilitating yoga, breathworks, sound bath, or art therapy groups.
• Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in addiction treatment and mental health services.
• Familiarity with the KIPU EMR system is an advantage. (Kipu training available!)
• Empathy and understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals.

Demographic of Clients: The facilitator will primarily work with individuals dealing with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) issues.
