Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN HHA/ CNA/ CMA to join our team at a residential detox and treatment center in Lake Worth, FL. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily activities, and support medical staff in ensuring a safe and supportive environment for individuals undergoing substance use treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report changes to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Support patients in following treatment plans and facility guidelines.
• Provide compassionate, non-judgmental care to individuals in recovery.
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Florida HHA/ CNA/ CMA in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle crisis situations.
• Flexible availability to work PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
